Database registration

please read the following information carefully:

Using the database of registries published on our website requires your registration and payment of a subscription.

  1. In the first step, you need to register to access the registry database, when registering you select the period during which you want to have activated access to the registry database.
  2. In the second step, you need to pay a subscription.

We are a non-profit association of volunteers without the right to remuneration, by paying a subscription you will help us partially cover our operating costs.

The subscription for using the registry database is:

  • without registration (max 20 inquiries per month)
  • Quarter (3 month) = 20 EUR (max 500 inquiries per month)
  • Year (12 month) =  50 EUR (max 500 inquiries per month)

Make the subscription payment to our bank account maintained at ČSOB:

When paying the subscription, please include your login name in the note so that we can identify the payment..

  1. After crediting the subscription to our account, you will be activated access to the registry database. We will inform you about the activation to your e-mail address, which you provided in the registration.

 

At the end of the subscription period, access to the registry database will be terminated automatically.

If you want to renew your subscription for another period, you do not need to send us a new registration, based on your request and payment of a new subscription, a new service will be activated for the selected new period.

As we are volunteers, we are not limited by working hours and we are here almost continuously, the activation of the access is immediate and only when the activation of your access the prepaid period begins to run. Banks do not make transfers during public holidays, so there may be a situation where your access is not activated until the first business day after the weekend or holiday, after the subscription has been credited to our account.
